Garden design can be a tricky business. We have to marry your wants, what your garden needs to be and the dreaded budget. But without tooting our own horn we are pretty good, just look at our reviews.
We use AutoCAD software to elevate the potential of your garden, Allowing us to incorporate any new patios, paths, garden beds and anything else that would suit your project all for free.

It all starts with a dig out. We are determined that our landscaping work lasts for years to come! And that all starts like anything in life with solid foundations. We typically use locally quarried stone for all our MOT sub bases to our new patios and pathways. For our turf we turf to our trusted supplier teal turf, only across the border in Worcestershire. And our planting is all sourced by Genus Plant Sourcing, who are an award winning company specialising in imported mature planting

However much we love talking to our customers and getting to know them let's face facts nobody likes having their garden turned upside down for weeks even if the finished new garden is worth it. That's why we keep the mess to a minimum, we do a daily clean up everyday while we are at your property and once everything is done we give everywhere we've been a thorough wipe-down. It's time to relax and enjoy your new garden fully landscaped, not time to clean up after messy tradesmen.
Frequently asked questions
We will visit your home, speak with you about your needs and wants from a new garden. Then we will assess things that may affect the project as in: access, ground levels, drainage, ground conditions. This is completely free of charge and has no obligation it just allows us to quote properly and gives you a chance to get a feel for how we conduct ourselves.
We aim to get a full quote and design package sent over to you within 24 hours of our first visit. Sometimes this isn't possible if we don't think we will be able to send it over to you within that timeframe we will let you know when to expect your quote before we leave the property.
Every quote is built around your site specifically. Access, the groundwork and drainage required, the materials you choose and the finish you want. We price the job to be built properly rather than racing to the cheapest number, and it's all set out in writing.
Yes. If you come up with any changes you'd like made in the design just let us know and we will send over a new copy. For most of the changes our customers make such as minor cosmetic changes there won't need to be any adjustment of the price but do bare in mind major changes to the project may incur additional costs and although rare can push back the start date.
We typically advice people to expect on average a 4-8 week lead depending on the time of year. When you receive your quote we will give you both a lead time for the work and an estimate on how long we expect the work to take. This is displayed on two separate parts of your quote.

Yes. Absolutely, we encourage all our customers to find the materials they love. We can walk you through all the pro's and con's to each material from sandstone to porcelain to limestone each patio material has different properties that make it suited to different applications and we can of course arrange sample pieces for you to consider. Just let us know what's sparking interest and we will get it arranged.
However much we want our customers to be in at all times when we are working so we can consult with you throughout and adjust as we go, so issues are caught early. We understand that it can't always be like that, but rest assured, if anything isn't right when we finish, we'll put it right. Just tell us what it is and we will get it fixed free of charge.
